Target Audience

Individuals who communicate in a business context as managers and want to approach this communication in a more efficient and structured way.

Objectives

Leadership and communication are inextricably linked.  But what is needed for ‘good’ communication and to what extent does not only the message but also your communication style determine its effect on those involved and thus the success of the cooperation?

This training first creates awareness of one’s approach to then take the step towards better and more efficient communication that no longer avoids difficult conversations either. Using concrete tips & tricks and all kinds of cases and role plays, participants learn to communicate with more insight and confidence in various situations. The usefulness of a clear communication plan is underlined and put into practice.

    • Determining strategy
    • Concrete elaboration: draw up – evaluate – adjust in function of the various stakeholders and objectives
