On March 7, Aviato Academy kicked off its second steering committee for the ESF Scope 2021 project “Strategic competence forecast”.
After conducting desk research & holding two workshops on the cargo and pax side, Aviato Academy gathered some interesting insights on the impact of current and future trends and evolutions on the competencies of specific functions at the airport.
