We are entering the next phase of the ESF Vlaanderen Scope 2021 project “Strategic Competence forecast”.
The phase of in-depth interviews has been completed. Trends and evolutions that will determine the future of Brussels Airport and will have an influence on jobs and competences, were mapped out. The next phase focuses on the training offer, i.e., which training must be provided to teach the skills of the future at Brussels Airport and how must we provide training to prepare the new generation of employees for a future at the airport.
