Day 2: Conflict Management and Building Trust

• Proactive conflict handling in an APOC setting
• Building trust as an APOC Manager
• Hands-on simulation exercises

Day 3: Crisis Management and Decision Making

• IBOBBO methodology: A framework for crisis management
• Practical application of the framework in APOC settings
• Hands-on simulation exercises

Day 4: APOC Deep Dive

• Hands-on simulation exercise
• Activity of choice (2 options)
