• The tasks and responsibilities of the forklift driver.
• Forklift components and movements (description and characteristics).
• Start of shift.
• General operating guidelines.
• Procedure for stopping the device.
• Control instructions.
• Fire instructions.

Practice

• Handling and steering devices: steering, traveling, combined movement.
• Assessment of heights and approach exercises.
• Workcentering.
• No-load driving, control of balancing.
• Accurate removal and positioning.
• Moving loads with combined movements.
