  • Presenting and convincing others;
  • Meeting technique and leading meetings;
  • Working effectively and efficiently.

People management:

  • Recruiting the right employee, conducting job interviews;
  • Introducing, training and coaching new employees;
  • Creating clarity so employees know what you expect from them;
  • Choosing the right leadership style, situational leadership;
  • Working on the development of employees using the coaching style;
  • The performance interview to make optimal use of employees’ strengths;
  • Evaluating and adjusting performance in a well-founded manner;
  • Responding confidently in difficult situations by acting assertively;
