Target Audience

Managers who want to inspire their employees.

Objectives

As a manager of a group of employees, you are expected not only to give your employees clear instructions, but also to motivate them, persuade them, coach them, consult with them and be inspiring to them yourself, as a person and a leader. This way of leading is very intense and requires a clear vision of working with people.
Inspiring leaders are able to start a movement. They combine focus (targeting), energy (power) and action (connecting) into a unique pattern that inspires others and motivates them to continue building with you in the future in a solution-oriented way.
