Objectives

Clarity in communication, agreements, procedures and instructions is extremely important, especially in security-sensitive environments such as airports. The Internal Communication with Foreign Language Speakers training course teaches managers and instructors about more effective communication in Dutch with native speakers of other languages.

This course trains participants in:

• applying the clearest communication possible, including interaction with employees who have limited command of the Dutch language
• adapting levels of communication with non-native speakers without losing the essence of the message
