- Certification: If the participant has a driving licence with professional competence Code 95, the participant must renew it every 5 years.
- Previous knowledge required: Participants are at least 18 years old and hold a C and or D driving licence. Are employed or resident in the European Union.

Target Audience
This course is intended for all drivers with driving licence C/CE/D/DE who want to comply with the compulsory periodic training in professional competence CODE 95 and who want to be able to deal with aggression correctly.
Objectives
Professional competence is an addition to the driving licence.
It is compulsory for most professional drivers with driving licences in category groups C and D, truck, bus, and coach.
You must take refresher training every five years.
The certificate of professional competence is indicated on the driving licence by code 95 under the relevant categories.
